A little bit of Mexico for a little price..

So this was the second time I stayed at the Canto Del Sol and overall its a pretty good hotel. With most hotels in Mexico, you should never expect total luxury. Our hotel was average but completely comfortable. If you hear horror stories about hotels in Puerto Vallarta, this hotel would be a safe bet. The food was average but the drinks were awesome. If you tipped your server well, you can expect them to bring you drink after drink without asking.. (We tipped $15-20 a day) We met lots of return travellers to this hotel which only means one thing.

Good value. Hotel is showing its age a bit, but the staff compensate.Highlights include many activities including sports, Mexican a la carte restaurant, proximity to downtown, the nightly entertainment
Great Senior TRIP

I went to P.V. as my senior trip, me as well as 17 other seniors had a BLAST. It wasnt too expensive, and there was so much to do. The only complaint was about the rooms, due to the air conditioning but all in all it was a great trip. I would definately come back to the Canto Del Sol

This was our first visit to Canto del Sol....bottom line.....the food was good, the rooms are ok....the entertainment is great....pool side activities are wonderful (Jerry is great!!), the view is perfect. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay at Canto del Sol. Would definately come back again.

spent a great week here can't say enough about staff.They are ALL" A ONE" I will be going back in the new year..
