This Hotel is 1st Class all the way. Thats saying something because I am American. I have worked and stayed at our's in the U.S, and they dont even compare to Jordans. I loved the quiet surrondings and the sound of the busy Jodan's day and calm nights. The staff was wonderful to me and my guest of 4. Also we are African American's and you'd never think you would be treated with such royality as we had been in this Hotel. I loved it and would come back at a drop of a dime. I recommend this beautiful Hotel to any and all race's, nationalities, and organizations.

No surprises--was the best hotel in the city until the Hyatt opened, and now it's a toss-up. Americans who have to always feel like they're home will be happy here, since the property offers some of the same eating and drinking spots you'd find in Cleveland or Dallas. Rooms are average size and have average furniture, but it is all well-maintained. Has an indoor pool and gym, plus a wide range of excursion offerings.
