I loved this hotel! I do not usually take the time to write reviews but I thought I would take a few minutes to share my opinion.... I loved everything from my room (which was huge!) to my room service to the pool! Nothing but incredible things to say!

Unbelievable hotel. Beautiful rooms, extremly welcoming staff and some of the best food we had in the entire city. Can not wait to return!

This hotel is breathtaking. The pool area lends itself to relaxing lazy days, enjoying tropical drinks and beautiful weather. The staff goes above and beyond- anticipating your needs, and always with a smile. I only hope my travels take me to Medan again. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

After a long trip, the JW was a welcome sight!! The hotel is brand new and beautiful; the rooms are large and comfy. The gym was one of the best I've seen and room service was top notch!! The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful during my entire 4 day stay. I go to Medan on business, so I will definitely be staying again!
