When we arrived on a late sunday afternoon there was about 30 people having a private party at the pool. They were not guests. They were loud screaming youngsters, as well as adults with blaring music. No room left in the small pool for guests. The pool was flithy anyway, the water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom! The air conditionar was rigged so you couldn't set it above low! We sweated all night in the Florida heat. There was pubic hairs in the beds. We will never stay there again!

This was a super clean hotel with friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a nice continental breakfast. Price was very reasonable, too!

The Days Inn in Homestead was not recommended highly so I chose the Floridian. Clean rooms with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Only 30 minutes from Key Largo, we thought it was a deal at $*
