Great Location and Parisian Charm!

This lovely, charming hotel was comfortable, clean, and incredibly well-located. Just 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe and about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, it is also just a few blocks from Champs Elysees, and surrounded by nice sidewalk cafes. Also, from our 6th floor room, we could see the Eiffel Tower (which, we discovered, is lit up after dark!). The room was small by American standards, but clean, comfortable and completely adequate. They have a very nice continental breakfast (which costs extra, but is worth it). The staff speak English, and were courteous and helpful. We would love to return some day!

This hotel is excellent located, clean and has friendly staff. We visit Paris every year, this time with the kids and found this quite and well-priced hotel a good asset. Bistros and pastries shops around the corner. Close to the Arc de Truimph, Champs Ellysses, Shops, Eiffel Tower!
I found the bed matress a little unconfortable (they need to change for a new one), and sometimes the electric power of our room was off which was not nice and we had to go down at the lobby (as the rooms does not have telephone) and advise them the electric problem, but their response was immediate to correct it, it happens several times during our 6 days stay. But overall is a good option.
For a family on a budget visitng Paris I recommend it!

Small Europe style hotel.GREAT location Kelbler metro, view Eiffel tower from the front door, Arc de Triumphe from the corner. Starbucks up the hill and a convinence store next door. Great restaurants in the area.front desk was helpful with all question and even move us to a better room when we told them we were not happy with the first one.Can not beat the value of this location.

The room was extra small,there are no double beds,only single ones,the duvet/blanket was too small for two people to cover with.Generally,the staff were very helpful and friendly.The location was good as it was 15mins walk to the eiffel tower and 10mins to the arch.Internet service was expensive for 2.5euros for 15mins.

It was the best location and great service. The staff was very frlendly and helped us with directions. It's located within walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. A grocery store is located next door and did I mention a great view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony!! I would stay here again.
