Canada House Beach Club - Pompano Beach, FL

My boyfriend and I went to Canada House Beach Club for our vacation this year - we are in our late 20's. The Beach Club was clean and we felt safe being there. The pool was also clean and the club was not noisy. I commented a couple of times how I have been to places where I have been woken up by kids yelling at the poo, etc. and this definately didnt happen at Canada House. My only complaints were that the pool was very warm and the club does not have any type of tiki bar/food service on grounds (we had to go to another resort down the street to enjoy that). The last thing that I would mention is that there is not much to do besides relax, go to the beach, and to the pool. We had a tough time finding a variety of good places to eat and have some fun. Overall, I liked our vacation - it was very relaxing.

They were amazing! The condos were just what you would expect for a typical on-the-beach condo in Florida. We walked out our sliding glass doors onto the balcony, and all you could see was the glorious beach. Just enchanting!

Best Things Nearby:
Lion Country Safari, Miami Seaquarium, Everglades National Park, the ocean.
Best Things About the Resort:
The pool, private access to beach, pretty landscaping, and it’s not too crowded.
Resort Experience:
The resort was pretty well maintained and the unit was quiet. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient since we traveled to West Palm Beach and to the Everglades.

Canada House Beach Club

Our unit had two bedrooms, a pantry-like kitchen, a combination living-dining area, and two bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub). The unit was on the third floor, so we had a balcony view over the pool. Also, we had access to two balcony patio areas just around the corner from our door.

Best Things Nearby:
There was a Catholic church very close to the resort. Lots of restaurants, and of course the beach and all that beautiful water.
Best Things About the Resort:
A little more sedate than being right in the middle of Fort Lauderdale with all that traffic.
Resort Experience:
The pool area was nice. You have beach access via a walkway accross the intercostal water way. The staff kept the units and area well-maintained and clean. The beach wasn't very clean and too much seaweed for swimming.
