The hotel experience was excellent, the staff was great..my friends and I walked to a nightclub 1 block away and it was raining we didnt bring umbrellas. The staff gave us umbrellas to use. The rooms were very clean and you had an amazing view of Downtown Vancouver. I will always stay at this hotel when I come to town

Hotel "studio suite" was a room with a couch -- VERY disappointed.

The hotel is located in the center of downtown... although it is older and the kitchen's need to be updated. The breakfast was really gross and there was absouluty NO hot water the morning we checked out. Great customer service when we checked in, although we requested 2 queen beds online and was give one queen and a sofa sleeper.

For the price, this hotel offers exellent value for a business traveller, the rooms are large and spacious with sofa / table and kitchenette. The free hispeed Internet is reliable and a great bonus. I have stayed here twice already and will be staying here again this year.

This hotel is in a great central location. Close to Granville Island, Robson shops, St.Paul's Hospital and the bus routes. It was great having a kitchen fully stocked with dishes,toaster,kettle. Very good full breakfast.Appreciated the security. Front desk was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, room was quiet. I would definitely stay again.
