I booked this hotel due to other recommendations on the Internet. The service was superb, the breakfast was good, the concierge was very helpful, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location excellent. Could walk to many fine stores and restaurants.

We were able to walk to Chinatown, Yaletown, and Robson shopping district and walk to the ferry to Granville Island. The breakfast buffet was good though a bit crowded and slow one morning. The rooom was clean and the beds nice. They had a great fitness area for the family; ping pong and foosball, in addition to the usual fitness equipment.

My wife and I stayed at this Hampton Inn prior to our Alaska Cruise. This hotel was perfect and here are some examples: Most comfortable hotel bed we have experienced. We learned the beds were just recently replaced. Extremely courteous & helpful hotel staff. Awesome complimentary continental breakfast. Free shuttle to the ship. Robson Street (hotel location) is a main shopping thoroughfare so it was convenient to walk to shopping and dining.
