We stayed 6 days in this hotel for a conference. We appreciated its location nearby the airport and in the vicinity of good restaurants.
We booked a room on the executive floors and we definitely were not disappointed. Room is functional, fully equipped and clean. The hallways were clean and smelled pleasantly.

I stayed at this 5 star hotel Executive Room from May 7th to May 10th 2009. This is the one of the most luxury hotels in Shanghai. It's located in Hongqiao Development Zone and very close to Hongqiao International Airport. The room was a bit quiet, and the Executive Lounge services were also good. The happy hour is for executive floor clients and offers all you can eat and drink.
All in all I would give this hotel 5 stars for value for money, 5 stars for guest services and 5 stars for overall satisfaction.

I have a nice stay in this hotel with my colleagues. The hotel is elegantly decorated and the staff are all very nice and helpful. I could not have asked for more.

Being a Marriott Rewards member this hotel was my first choice when taking my family to visit in Shanghai. I had read the reviews on website and was fairly confident with my choice. The stay far exceeded any expectations we had. The hotel is beautiful, convenient and the service is top notch!

The lobby feels elegant and comfortable. The jazz band gave a high quality show at night.
The room service is good and the staff is careful and considerate.
