Best Kept Secret of NJ

As bad reviews keep coming for NJ over and over again.. this is a rare secret that some enjoy every weekend. Delsea Drive in is a massive hit. This place rocks !! Out in a rural area-- don't let that fool you. The magic here is REAL.

Always a double-feature (sometimes a triple) with latest hit films, that's maximum 4.00 bucks per film. Large screens (2 of them). And an honestly great consession stand with even healthy items that are reasonably priced (the owner is a physician)-- as well as the carnival treats such as real-buttered popcorn.


Listen, everyone should enjoy a drive-in-movie... it's an experience like nothing else. Just one word: GO!

With movie theater parking spaces at a premium, and home entertainment systems all the rage, the drive-in movie theatre is an endangered species. But at the Delsea, you can have the very unique, old-time experience of seeing a movie in your car. The only drive-in movie theatre in New Jersey plays current, first-run pictures and usually features a double header for the price of a single ticket. Typically, the "first movie is family appropriate, with a second movie for the adults." Hungry? The food menu has all the usual burgers and fries fare, plus a not-so-old-school special section for Atkins-dieters.
