Trust me, snow is not snow until you have been to the Jungfrau. Pictures just cannot do this justice! Spend the money and go for the 2½ hour ride to the top; well worth the price. Check at the rail station. If you have a rail pass, the tickets are reduced. Stop on the way back down at some of the neat little places. Usually about only a 30-minute wait for the next train. Plenty of time for a view of the area and/or a cold beverage. Don't forget your sunglasses and at least a fleece jacket. You will love this place, and I don't like cold weather!
