We had the family suite. It was 99 euro a night including breakfast. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the lake. It has a private foyer and bathroom. The rooms have to be 25x25. They were HUGE. They both have king sized bed, two sinks, a talbe and chairs, a lounge chair, and a wardrobe. They have a connecting door on the far side of the room so you don't have to go into the foyer. One of the rooms also has a daybed for a fifth guest. Both rooms have two full walls of windows for great views and the room with the daybed has a balcony with a table and chairs for dining. The balcony overlooks the Konigsee Lake. We didn't hear any street noise even with the windows open. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have a family and need the extra room.
