This is a weekly rental that is very clean and comfortable. Most rooms are larger than hotels in Japan. Rates do vary and there are serveral within Shibuya as well as hundreds throughout Japan. I highly recommend this over other living arrangements. Most rooms are good for two, some rooms are comfy for up to four guests. When you divide the costs this is a lot less then most gaijin houses or other optopns within Tokyo. Only setback is expect to put an additional week deposit, which you will get back minus phone and mini bar costs.
