The view from our room was postcard perfect! The concierge was extremely helpful and professional. The only thing I would complain about it is the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom smelled of mold and there was visible mold on the windows and shower walls. The sheets must have been 40 thread count instead of 400. They felt like army grade blankets. I was expecting a bit more from the general amenities.
25 anniversary in Paris

We visited the hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The hotel is clean, comfortable, right in front of the Air France bus stop (which is a great way to get to and from the airport) , on the subway line, and not far from good restaurants and shopping. the concierge is great. See him as soon as you get there to set up reservation and help you plan your stay. Overall this hotel is excellant and I would stay there again.
Nice hotel. Would try somewhere else next time.

The room was very large for Paris standards. (We were upgraded to a junior suite.) Nice location across from Champs Elysee and easy to get everywhere b/c right across the street from a major metro stop. But I don't understand why people thought the concierge was so great. They couldn't get us reservations anywhere we wanted to eat and gave us misinformation several times (told us things were open when they were closed), so we wasted some of the precious time we had in Paris. Also, only a couple of rooms have a view of the Arc de Triomphe.

This hotel could not be in a better location. The entrance to the hotel faces the subway entrance (Charles De Gaulle Etoile). From that one station, you can get to anywhere in the city in no time. Most of the rooms have an amazing view of the Arc de Triomphe, and right off of the Arc is the Champs-Elysees.The Concierges were fabulous, and quite helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a HUGE bathroom (quite a luxury in Europe).

My fiance and I loved this hotel. Balcony looked right at the arc. Bus to-and-from airport has a stop directly infront. Metro is right there. I WILL stay there again. Staff very friendly and their English was better than average.
