Apparently this hotel isn’t educated regarding the ALL terms of their relationship with online travel website, and my reservation had to provide them with this learning experience. If I hadn’t had my 3-page printed reservation with terms and conditions in my possession, I would’ve been stuck overpaying about $100 more. After a very pleasant stay, this experience left my entire party with an extremely negative opinion of this hotel and staff. The hotel clearly needs to understand how to handle ALL arrangements - pre-paid or NOT pre-paid!
