Quote: The Super8 was more than I expected. Refrigerator, coffee maker,microwave and Free Wi-Fi were a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. However, upon arrival I waited over 15 minutes before another customer found the desk clerk asleep in a bck office. There was no apology, just an "I don't feel good," and a curt "do you have a reservation?" Isaw the same clerk the next night and asked her how she was feeling. I got a laess than pleasant look and a one word answer; "lousy." I reported her to the general manager. I don't know what, if any, action will be taken. It changed a very positive experience to one of leaving a "bad taste."

Quote: I was supposed to stay at the motel for 3 nights. The first night there, whenever I would turn a light on, roaches would be crawling everywhere. I checked out after 1 night, and will never go back again.

Quote: This hotel shouldn't be on the list. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. The area is noisy and has people on the parking lot walking around and hanging out all nite.
