Quote: I stayed here a year and a half ago, it was alright, great price though. This last trip there was like a completely different hotel. We did pay a little more but once inside I seen why, it was worth the increase. The rooms were clean, and re-done. looked more modern. The lobby was just so warm and inviting. The breakfast was even better then before! the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will defiantly keep this hotel in mind when going to the coast.

Quote: At check in slow service and the dest clerk was not that friendly. Check in was quick. The room was very small and the shower curtain rod was broke. thought it would fall on you when you moved the curtain. Lights were missing. The air condioner didn't work. Very hot in the room. Needed a aircondioner for August. Unpleasant. The second night we talked to the front dest clerk. Alittle better for the response of curtousy. Told about the shower curtain rod and the air conditioner. They sent a maintance person to the room while we were gone for a few hours. Curtain rod was fixed BUT the air conditioner was not. So over all my husband and I will say NO we will NOT stay at this inn again. For us to pay the price we did we thought that the room would have been bigger and everything was in working order. Plus better customer service.

Quote: One of my most unpleasant hotel/motel experience in my life of the trip. We arrived there about 3:30pm, took us about an hour to get to my turn at front desk(there were about 3 people ahead of my party, check In process very very slow, literally, front desk man running back and forth to see if room was ready) And finding out that my reserved room will be ready in 45 min. So we wait around at the lobby and after 45 minutes later, still room wasn't not ready. At the point we were like what the heck. So we decided to go have a dinner and told front desk man, we'll be back about an hour, make sure the room is ready by then. After dinner we came back around 6:30, room still wasn't ready. And I ask to talk to manager and of course manager is not aviailble..... We ended up staying at the Shilo few blocks away. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Quote: The hotel seems to be in transition under new management. The service was nice, the breakfast okay, and the room we stayed in beautiful and quite roomy for my family of 4. For being right next to the entry and elevator, we didn't have noise from them. However we could hear someone else's TV in our room and every time a kid jumped off the bed in the room above us. The beds looked nice and soft, but ended up being lumpy. We still slept okay and figure we got what we paid for. Would I stay there again? I'm leaning towards yes, but the jury is still out.

Quote: The hotel, although along a busy highway has extremely quiet rooms. Our room faced the highway and was very clean, looked like new, and was quiet. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. If we travel that way again and need a place to stay in Seaside, we would definitely go back to this hotel. It was conveniently close to the ocean, shops, restaurants, etc. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.
