Quote: Very disappointed. The room was dirty and it smelled. This was a smoking room, but we have always reserved smoking rooms. This room had dirty floors, no coffee pot in the coffee maker, dirty refridgerator, sticky furniture, dirty ironing board, broken hair dryer, strange bottom on the tub. The list goes on. Other rooms may have been fine, but we were very disappointed. The pictures were not a good representation of what we experienced.

Quote: We found this property to bevery well maintained upon our arrival. We had a minor light problem in our bath room and when I reported it to the office by the time i returned to our room the maintenance man was waiting for me and had the light fixed in minutes. The entire staff was very polite and friendly. They advertise a continental breakfast and it was like none we have every had. Sunday you have hot biscuits and sausage gravy, make your own waffles as well as a great variety of pastries, cereal and fruits, several juice varieties and coffee. The rest of the week is the same accept they do not offer biscuits and gravy. The room was very clean and they clean them every day and give you fresh towels as needed and linens as well if you want. They always came to the door and asked, but did not enter the room when away. They even have complimentary coffee in the rooms. The refrigerator and microwave were a blessing since we were there for a week and when we return to Savannah we will definitely return to this property.

Quote: I found the staff at this motel to be very friendly and helpful when our group needed directions and information. The beds at the hotel were not as comfortable as the ones at the Hilton, but the value for the money was great when the cost was coming out of my pocket.

Quote: These are the problems: dirty carpet, dirty pillow cases, hair & dust on the vanity, unwrapped cigar lying on the floor, sheets you can see through & holes in blanket, just to name a few.
