Quote: This is a great hotel convenient to I85. It is the only upscale hotel in the area and it also has a spa and golf course. Previously I had read that there were problems with the staff - I did not find this, and in fact, the exact opposite! The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to please. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Quote: very beautiful, european style castle. Good restaurant, relaxing spa, and great golf courses. Staff went out of way to make our stay more enjoyable. Tried and couldn't get a reservation at any local restaurants due to busy ""furniture market"" in town. While talking to a hotel bartender, told him of our dilemma and he told my husband not to worry he would take care of us. Sure enough later that evening he informed us that we had a confirmed reservation at the restaurant we were dying to try. This was just one example of hospitality we recieived
