Nice, Nice, Very Nice
I recently stayed here a few weeks ago when I had a flight that was delayed. To tell you the truth, I ended up not really wanting to leave! Darren is the best and his staff of employees are very professional and courteous. I loved the little "Daybreak" breakfast area. It was fast and delicious. Even though I only stayed one night, I am trying to find excuses to come back to Duluth so I can stay at this hotel again. Thank you to you all.
Great service

Our room was quite clean, the front desk was friendly. The room was what we had requested, non smoking with a queen size bed. The room was small, but sufficient for us. We will stay here again, the price was less than half of other hotels in Duluth and was completely satisfactory for us. There is no elevator in this building which was fine for us. If you cannot walk up stairs be sure to request an accessible room.

My room was clean & well organized. The front desk people were kind & helpful. When I realized I didn't have any toothpaste with me, the front desk clerk provided my with a complimentary tube. The walls must not be well insulated as I could easily hear the man next door awaken at 4:30 a.m., blow his nose several times, & take a shower. The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired; I went & ate elsewhere. One thing I thought to be strange occured at check-in. My reservation was pre-paid and the clerk asked only what my last name was; she didn't ask to see my ID or credit card. All in all, though, it was a clean, comfortable hotel. Decent enough to stay again, but I'd also look at other options.

The room was nice. The continental breakfast was ok. Nothing special about it. The location is nice if you need to go shopping or want some place to eat.
