Great place to stay if your headed to Pigeon Forge. Great room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Staff at hotel are very pleasant.

The hotel was a great , our room was very clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is good and is off the main road , so it was quite. The breakfast bar was great it had a large variety of foods( eggs, waffles, rolls, fruit, bacon, cereal). The menu was different each day we were there. We will return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location to area attractions without lots of traffic noise, and excellent free breakfasts.

This hotel was a little less than I expected, after reading previous reviews before booking. It was obviously going through renovations, and the first room we were placed in had a leak in the bathroom. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and moved us quickly to another room. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was suspect, but overall, the room was comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Lots of variety, and we stayed two days, and there was different choices each morning. Might stay again, if I felt the cleanliness was resolved. It is located in a very central area.

There are only three good things about this hotel...One is the location in Pigeon Forge if you plan to see shows while on vacation. The other good thing was that our room was a good size. The last is that the continental breakfast was of good quality. However, that is where it stops. The money we payed definitely did not match the quality of our stay. The lobby and hallways looked good. However, the room was a different story. The bed, couch, chair, and tv's were new. The walls needed paint, there was a hole in the wall by the toilet, and the carpet in our room was filthy. We wore shoes all the time in the room after the first hour of our stay. My husband made the mistake of taking off his shoes to walk from the bed to the bathroom and when he came back to the bed his white socks were black.
