Episkopi Bay is a good day trip a few miles east of Pafos. You'll need a hire car to do it justice.

North of Pafos is the Akamas Peninsula, with its mountains, seascape, and protected nature reserves, not to mention the place where Aphrodite cleansed herself between lovers.

Kato-pafos is crammed with restaurants and Tavernas where you can eat "from most parts of the world". These traditional tavernas are where we enjoyed some good, honest Greek food.
