- Kurashiki's delicacies include beautifully boxed muscat gapes (US$20 for a small bunch!), white peaches (only seasonal and equally expensive), mamakari sushi (sardine-like fish) and Murasuzume, crepe-like dessert with red-bean filling (now that we can afford!)...
