Rubies in the Dust: Sedona & the Land of the Sinagua

Created by sararevell on December 16, 2007

  • Touring the national monuments of Montezuma Castle, Well and Tuzigoot I too was fascinated by the enigma of the long-departed Sinagua tribes. Perhaps they foresaw the coming of vortex tour groups, Hummer drives in the desert and strip malls and realized that escape was the smart thing to do.

Arroyo Roble

First Trip to Sedona

Created by bmesser on May 7, 2005

  • This was our first trip west, and we loved it. Arroyo Roble is very well located in upper Sedona, within walking distance of the shops. We will definitely return some day, as there was more to do than we could fit into 1 week.

A Week in Wonderful Sedona

Created by Judykeyes on May 12, 2004

  • With magnificent Sedona as a base, we found that there is much more in northern Arizona than can possibly be done in a week. Yet, there is so much diversity that there is something for everyone. This is the best place to experience the American Southwest!
