- We love Charlotte Bay Resort! We discovered this quaint, pretty resort 2 years ago and decided to stay 2 weeks this time! If you enjoy a relaxed vacation, lounging in the pool or hanging out on the balcony; dining out; and great shopping, this is the place to be.

- Christmas in Florida is away from the hustle and glitter in the middle of peaceful beaches and Florida sunshine! Charlotte Bay Resort has huge rooms, some on the bay, others fronting the pool. The entire property is immaculately kept up with very friendly staff.

- We went to Charlotte Harbor with the intention of investigating the area for a future winter home. We checked out Punta Gorda, Burnt Store, Sanibel Island, Venus, Charlotte Harbor, and Port Charlotte. I still haven't decided on which coast of Florida I want to live on.

- Charlotte Harbor Resort has become a firm favourite with our family over the years and we find it strange that there are so few entries for such a pretty and peaceful place.
