- Flying into Malaga on a beautiful, sunshiny afternoon was incredible. First you fly over the mountains and then out over the Mediterranean to turn and land at the airport. The shades of blue in the water were spectacular, and so were the people.

- Malaga is surrounded by mountains and bordered by two rivers, the Guadalmedina and Guadalhorce which flow into the Mediterranean Sea. Over 550,000 people reside in Malaga. The painter, Pablo Picasso, was born in Malaga.

- The accommodation has been updated since the time of the pictures on the website. We found that the two-bed apartment was in pristine condition. If I had to gripe, then it would be about the main costal road that runs in front of the complex and the constant noise from it.

- Cheap flights to Malaga are offered by Flightline International, a fully bonded and quality supplier with offices in major Spanish airports.
They offer cheap charter, no-frill, and scheduled flights to and from Spain. Check them out--they are usually cheaper that the bucket flights (i.e. Easyjet!)
