Great location and views. Older resort with large rooms, clean linen, towels, and appliances, with comfy beds, and slightly updated furniture. Great access to the beach, but amenities need to be updated. If you aren't to snooty you may just enjoy yourself.

Located on the Outer Banks, there is SO much to do here. Not only is the beach nearby, there are all kinds of restaurants and shopping as well! Such a beautiful place!

After living in Duck, North Carolina, for 6 months, I have learned why the Outer Banks (OBX) is such a popular destination for many.

Duck is nice, and it seemed less commercial and quainter than some of the areas south of it. The beach is quite nice, and there were many places to shop and eat within walking distance of our resort. The unit was a bit tired and needs updating.

Wonderful getaway. Dolphins aplenty. Breakers raging. Wind blowing. Weather changing. Kayaking with alligators. Bald eagles sighted. Books read. Great trip with me and my wife. Will do it again.

The years have not been kind to this resort.

From our third floor condo, the ocean and sound could be seen. The beautiful decor, jacuzzi tub, tennis courts, indoor pool, the outdoor pool, and the tram taking residents to the beach were great. The three-bedroom unit was a lockout, so our in-laws had their own apartment and privacy. Great trip!
