We stayed at a timeshare in Fishermen's Village with 40+ condos over shops, restaurants, and entertainment on a pier, pleasure boats, 40 minutes to Englewood Beach, in a clean/safe area, wonderfully courteous staff, and a pool. You can rent condo for about $600 per week and enjoy sunny pleasant weather. Highly recommended.

It was rainy when we went to Fisherman's Village, but it didn't dampen the experience -- the shops are terrific . . . unusual things, including one shop that sells "Red Hat Club" stuff. Don't miss the yachts at the dock outside.

Lots of daily activities sponsored by resort. Many things for children to do. Shopping and restaurants are at your door.
