- There is a lot of history and musesums. There is nice beach at Padre. It is a good place to relax, but there are not a lot of activities if you have children.

- We stayed at Vaction Time Condos and had a great time. It was quiet, clean, had modern furnishings, a friendly staff, and a great pool for the kids. If you're looking for a gold star resort, this is not the place for you.

- Resort located next to the Rio Grande River and duty free shopping galore across the river at Matamoros and Progresso, Mexico. Experience the culture and history of the Mexican cities by either walking or driving back and forth across the borders.
