As full-timers, we look for places to eat when we hit a new town: cheap eats for ourselves or places to go with friends we meet (casual, inexpensive, not fast food). As for golf, we are looking for the inexpensive courses so our budget will let us play often.

When we first drove into Yuma, we couldn't help but notice how green it was. This was refreshing after driving so long through the desert.

Nick named by some as an "oversized pit stop for trains", one only has to venture to the other side of the tracks to enjoy the Yuma lifestyle. The mild winter climate, sunshine, golf, 4-wheeling, boating and lots of other activities bring thousands of snowbirds flocking to Yuma every winter.
