Ajijic is a small town on the shores of Lake Chapala in the state of Jalisco. As usual, I spent my vacation eating. There were a surprising number of places from which to choose.

I had to seen (and feel) it to believe it. The weather, of course. Ajijic (pronounced Ah-Hee-Heek) is a sleepy Mexican village located at the edge of Lake Chapala, one of Mexico's largest natural lakes, has one of the best climates in the world.
