Beautiful scenery, nice accommodations, and rustic charm. The resort is out of the way of many things, but still fairly close to sight-seeing.

This was a wonderful vacation. I must admit it was the best vacation we have gone on yet. It was very relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable. We are planning to return on our next vacation.

Secluded in a private valley, the Big Canoe Community is a mountain retreat with all the amenities. The units are roomy and comfortable. It's close enough to enjoy both the Atlanta city life and the natural beauty of the surrounding state parks.

First, I will start by saying that I have two Gold Crown timeshares, one in Surfside Beach at Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort and the other at Hilton Head at Waterside. I exchanged a hotel unit at the Presidential Villas for a two-bedroom with a loft at Petit Crest.
This is a great place to relax. Take all of your groceries and don't leave the top of the mountain for a whole week.

THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE. WE WENT OFF SEASON AND STILL HAD A LOT OF FUN. THE AREA IS RESTFUL AND QUIET. ALANTA IS A SHORT ONE HOUR DOWN THE ROAD AND THERE'S A LOT TO DO THERE.
