- We travelled from South Africa to Mombasa on 24 December, 2005 on an exchange to Royal Reserve. I'm wondering though if there is any merit is posting this journal because I see from previous ones that they are few and far between and those people who had complaints, had received no feedback from RCI. Surely this is the reason for posting our journals, good or bad?

- Kenya is a wonderful place if you have a safari planned, but summer is not the time to go if it's sun you're after. Their rainy season is extremely rainy, and expect a culture shock when you arrive. We thought, "What have we done?" But, once at the safari destinations, you get to appreciate the natural beauty.
