Guadalajara may be Mexico's "Second City" (hard not to when Mexico City is the world's largest) but it's image and art is what most people associate with Mexico.

The Sacaramonte is a excellent restraunte. But check to see if it has re-opened, before going. It was closed for remodeling in Dec 2007.
