- Islamorada, Spanish for “purple isle,” is the place to be if you like to fish or dive. It is also a great spot to take a minute to watch the view. The tropical weather and the beautiful waters that surround the islands are the main ingredients of Islamorada.

- Though normally a low budget traveller, this Florida Keys escape was a special treat for us. I'm sure there are less expensive options, but The Moorings is perfect for young couples and families looking for a more low-key Florida experience.
