With over 300 interesting shops and art galleries, Nashville, Indiana (also known as Brown County) makes a great vacation! Shop all day and then go play cards at the lodge or go for a hike.

Nashville, Indiana, reminds me a lot of the Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountain area in miniature. The park is smaller, as is the tourist zone just outside, but this is a great long weekend visit.

We went to Hotel Nashville for a lovely three day weekend. We spent a great deal of time outdoors despite the chilly weather. The snow was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the show at the Pine Box Musical Theatre.
