Winchester is a city of historical interest. The main layout, constructed by the Romans, still remains today. The cathedral is Winchester's most famous building followed by the Twyford cutting -- infamous about 14 years ago when the M3 was extended.

After a fast, furious five days in London, all 17 of us were driven to Salisbury via Winchester. We only had two hours, but tried to make the most of it. We spent the most time sitting in the square, listening to Christmas carols performed by a school choir.
