Gettysburg has something for everyone. Beautiful scenery, wonderful restaurants, cozy bed and breakfast facilities or you might just see Ole Abe Lincoln strolling the Square on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. But the real reason you will visit Gettysburg is because of the affect it had on America and the world.

My first visit to historic Gettysburg, PA proved to be interesting and a review of our country's Civil War and its implications on US history. Spending time at the battlefield and new visitor's center is a must for every citizen.
