This was the final island stop of a 90-day maritime tour of the Atlantic Northeast. Drove by car and van across nine ferries, numerous covered bridges, and countless causeways to discover the beautiful communities and villages dotted along the coastline.

Newfoundland is one of the most awesome place in eastern Canada. The people are marvelous and the food is the best food in the country (lots of fish).

If you wish to go somewhere pristine yet so close to you (North American people) you must go to Newfoundland, Canada! The islanders are so nice, kind and friendly, you just can't believe how wonderful to be there: It is a time travel going back to the past century!
