- The family went off to Virginia and allowed me the chance to travel alone. I picked the beaches and rainforest of Costa Rica. I picked Manuel Antonio, since this was my first trip, and I fell in love with it!

- Welcome to Manual Antonio Costa Rica... a place for fun in the sun. Things to do and places to see.

- Manuel Antonio is over-rated and full of tourists, Costa Linda is hot and stuffy, with small showers, no privacy, and expensive little rooms ($20 for double bed), and zealous on the 11am checkout.

- By far the highlight of our week in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio is filled with monkeys and creature comforts. If you can only go to one spot in Costa Rica...

- After my brother-in-law's wedding, my wife and I took a much-needed relaxing trip to Manuel Antonio, where we spent three days resting on the beach and relaxing in the hotel and restaurants.

- A Gay man's paradise. Manuel Antonio and its environs offers many adventures and fun things to do. Places to stay vary in offerings and prices. Restaurants are plentiful and most are good.

- Visiting the town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park is a total experience. Beaches, jungle, and adventure tours as well as language schools and many hotels and restaurants line the winding road from Quepos to the park.

- The Pacific coastline of Costa Rica resembeling California's Big Sur is the of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The charm and friendliness of the Costa Rican people adds to the experience.
