- Tioman is a beautiful island located in the South China Sea, just kilometers away from the east coast of Malaysia. Several of my friends and I went to this island to explore the natural heritage of this wonderful island.

- It was a long weekend and I just couldn't stay at home, so I packed my dive gear and headed towards the white beaches of Tioman.

- Tioman, one of the most popular islands off Malaysia's east coast, has much to offer, especially if you avoid the overcrowded so-called five-star resort on the island. It is relatively inexpensive and a great place to relax.

- Looking to do nothing? With maybe a little diving in a marine park in the South China Sea to see turtles, reef sharks, huge grouper and tuna, leopard sharks, and coral? Relax under the palm trees with a cocktail listening to the sound of. . . silence (corny, but true).

- My vacation at Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort was all about fun and sun -- snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing, and just relaxing on a bench by the beach, sipping a fruit cocktail, spelled out a PERFECT HOLIDAY.
