- Having a 4-day break from work, I took my spouse and child to Duta Villege, Kuantan. The resort is by the beach. Shopping was convenient, with its own transport (less than 5 miles away). Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a nice break, and I'm having good time there!

- I've travelled around the world with RCI and never been disappointed. However, this holiday in Duta Village resort, Cherating, was an exception. The resort was sub-standard, the facilities nonexistent, and the service, well, enough said. RCI should audit the resorts more often to weed out bad seeds such as this.

- Kuantan ... a quiet, sleepy, rural, resort town. Great food, and even better shopping!
