- Blacksburg, VA, is home to Virginia Tech--a large university with around 30,000 undergrad students. All of those hungry Hokies have to eat somewhere. Visitors to the area will not be disappointed in the food in this college town.

- Nestled in the far southwest corner of Virginia, the location may seem remote to those not familiar with the area. But for us Hokies, we know Blacksburg to be a lively and exciting college town. With an undergrad student population of around 30,000, there is no shortage of nightlife here.

- Blacksburg, Va is perhaps best know as the location of Virginia Tech, a major technological University. However, Blacksburg is an excellent vacation choice, especially if you are interested in outdoor activiities. Its proximity to the Appalachian Trail and the New River provides many recreational activities.
