We stayed at Delray Beach for 8 days and we loved it. It is close to everything. We drove to Miami one day, Key Largo the next, then Fort Lauderdale and Palm beach.

You don't have to dig deep to enjoy Delray Beach. About the size of the college town I live in, this tourist town also has seasonal changes in population. We arrived Memorial weekend and enjoyed a week of low traffic, and less crowded shops and museums.

Timeshare condos are great for a couple of meals a day. However, we like to get out and sample the flavors of the community. Everyplace we tried was worth a return visit.

We had a fantastic 2-weeks' vacation in Delray Beach, FL, in February, staying at the very lovely Dover House Resort, close to the Atlantic beaches!

It is best-known for the beach but has so much art and culture to experience as well. Cranes Beachhouse is a whimsical artistic resort you will want to call your own vacation home. The staff is warm and friendly and go the extra mile for every guest.

We stayed at the resort, Berkshire by the Sea. It was the greatest place to be to relax and have fun. The people and the other guests were wonderful.

This is an amazing Japanese garden full of flowers and large stone sculptures. The entire experience was fun, romantic, and relaxing, but most of all, breathtaking.

We just returned from a wonderful week in Delray Beach, between West Palm and Ft. Lauderdale. Delray is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise busy, bustling part of the state!
