I often visit Joshua Tree in the winter but I'd always refused to go in the summer because of the heat. I was wrong. It's a great time to go if you stay in mid-day.

Joshua Tree was breathtaking and totally serene - I have never felt at such peace with nature and the wonders of God. The vegetation and rock formations are unlike anything I have seen before.
