This journal describes what I consider to be the greatest and best place I have found, and I have visited many places. This tiny island of only 8 square miles is a place that a person must get to in their lifetime.

For our 10th anniversary, we wanted something memorable and new. We found it in St. Bart's. The people were great, the accommodations were stylish and fresh, the food was incredible, and the beaches were to die for.

Great day trip to St. Barts. Not a sea person, so take the charter it only takes 10 minutes on a dual prop plane. I used Winnair. It was a great experience. You have the whole day to visit Saint-Jean and Gustav by car. Car/scooter and taxi available at airport for rent.

Our first visit to the Caribbean. We stopped in St. Martin and stayed in St. Bart. These are notes from my journal of this trip. SB is still one of my favorite islands.

St Bart's is just a 45 min boat ride from St Martin. It is absolutely beautiful. Slightly expensive but well worth it. It's very secluded and private.

While vacationing in St Maarten, my travel partner & I decided toget a taste for the other islands in the Carribean and took a day trip over to St Barts (a 90 minute, pleasant boat ride- with free cocktails).
