- We spent two days here to relax before our flight home. True to its name, the city is filled with roses of all hues. Having our own transportation allowed us to visit small villages with impromptu side trips. It is a great place from which to explore the Soca Valley.

- This was not a road-trip but a TRAIN trip.
Some friends of mine told me that Slovenia was a beautiful country with much outdoor activity. I wanted to visit before too much changed after entry to the "Euro Zone".
