- I was scared after reading the reviews on Laguna Beach hotels on Travel Advisor. Thank goodness I chose Vacation Village, even with all the negative reviews, as we had a wonderful time. It's right on the beach and an easy walk to everything. Plus, the beach house restaurant is on the grounds.

- A quick weekend drive to Laguna Beach for a friend's wedding on the bluffs of Laguna Beach. We stayed one night, not wanting to drive back to drive back to LA (Hollywood to be exact) after drinking champagne.
