- Although I have driven by Pismo Beach several times, I have never stopped there. This time I decided to stay for the night and check out the sights. I discovered new information that I'll use for my next trip. It's definitely a place that I'll return to visit.

- Central Coast California is known for its beauty. Pismo Beach is centrally located for wine tasting. November is the annual fall harvest festival. Wineries have open houses that offer wines and food. The beach at Pismo is breathtaking, and it has a good outlet mall where we get great bargains.

- My fiance and I stayed at a very romantic hotel called the Sea Venture in Pismo. We had our own private jacuzzi, fireplace, and breakfast delivered to our room.

- Pismo Beach is an underrated stopping point on the California Coast along Highway 1. The main attraction -- the beach -- is miles long with soft sand and frothy waves.
