- Jacksonville is a very pretty, clean, spread out, and pretty boring. We were in town for a wedding, but I think we almost saw everything there was to see.

- Jacksonville is a very religious town run by the Baptist church. I would stay away. Very far away.

- Whether I am sitting in my own backyard watching a natural waterfall in the creek behind my house or kayaking in the Ortega River where Tarzan was filmed in the '30s, I find egrets, butterflies, and nature at its finest. Jacksonville is a nature lover's paradise.

- I wanted to share my ideas for family-fun spots in Jacksonville, FL. I have read some other journals that say it is boring here. It makes me think that they don't know where to look. There are lots of fun activities, wonderful eating spots, and of course the beach!
